At Laser World we have worked very hard to bring you a safe environment. Please follow our Rules of Play. By booking with us or entering a game you are agreeing to these
- No person who has high blood pressure heart problems epilepsy back or neck problems pregnant or is clearly affected by drink or drugs be allowed on the attraction.
- All spectators must be kept well away from the play area
- There is no running or physical contact in the premises including in the laser arena.
- Players must remain on their feet at all times
- No climbing on the arena structures
- No bad language please
- 2 hands should be placed on phasors at all times during your game
- Children must supervised by a parent/adult guardian
- Do not use the equipment if you have a pre-existing injury or condition.
- Our staff are here to monitor use of the equipment and ensure our “Rules of Play’ are being adhered to.
- Laser World reserves the right to remove any adult or child from the centre if they are rude, aggressive verbally or physically, or continually disobey or ignore instruction from our staff.
- Anyone who is unwell should avoid coming to Laser World.
- You must be 6 years + to use our equipment restrictions are in force for safety.
- For health, safety and hygiene reasons, children and adults must wear trainers or appropriate footwear at all times.
- Customers are not permitted to consume their own food or drink on the premises for ANY reason.
- No food, drinks, sweets or chewing gum are to be taken into the actual laser arena.
- Cameras can be used at Laser World, however, we ask you to be mindful of other customers and their privacy. Photos may only be taken of your children and your guests.
- Smoking is not permitted in Laser World. There is a smoking area located outside the customer entrance (please stand away from the entrance doors).
- Pens, buckles, jewellery, watches, money, phones, sharp objects etc must not be taken into the arena e by children or adults.
- We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss of items whilst on the premises.
- We respectively ask that you arrive and leave promptly between your allocated time slot.
- In the event of an emergency, staff will evacuate the areas. All customers are expected to exit the building immediately.
- Some of our party packages provide war paint for you to use. If you have any skin allergies we recommend you do not use this. We take no liability or responsibility for any reaction the paint may have.
